Cingulars various APs and passwords?

Default Cingulars various APs and passwords?
Over the last few years I have used a wide variety of combinations of settings to connect to the internet with Cingular. What is confusing me is the various usernames that can be used, some list the [email protected] and some say to use your own Cingular password, then Ive seen CINGULAR1 as well. What is the difference between the passwords?
