Default FrogPad; Alternate Text Input Finally Set To Ship

http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?contentid=3380

"FrogPad says that its Bluetooth FrogPad has been in soft launch mode until now (pre-orders), with official global launch defined for 27 September. ...The current pre-order price of US$175 will continue until 1st October. The pre-order units do not include all drivers, but if the user requires one of the new drivers, FrogPad will supply then via a special download code after 1st October. The product will include drivers for Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smartphone, Palm OS, Symbian and will work with HID compliant computers, including Mac OS. The company says they have plans to provide other Bluetooth drivers for Java and unified messaging devices in the future."

Talk about the FrogPad goes back over a year, with more official announcements in February of this year. So it's nice to see that this alternate method will finally see the light of day. T9 and me just don't get along, so I'm always interested in new alternative methods. I'm not sure that the physical shape or keyboard layout will make input any easier. However I'm very interested in seeing reviews on how this preforms under real world usage.
