The Art Of Imaging: Europe's first Camera Phone Art Exhibition.
"The fusion of photography and mobile phones, blurs the boundaries between the two. Leaps in technology, coupled with the immediacy offered by camera phones has led to the conception of the mobile artist, challenging the perception and definition of photographic art. We have witnessed the birth of mobile imaging, an art form for the 22nd century, unconstrained by time, or location, an art for for all."
For this art exhibit they have given camera phones to a collection of celebrities that includes Irvine Welsh, Helena Christansen, Trevor Nelson, and Claudia Schiffer, who will be documenting their daily lives. Of course, you are all welcome to contribute by submitting your images here. There are prizes available for your contributions, but it's nothing more than a Sony Ericsson phone. :wink:
