Looks like South East Asia is leading the charge for the next generation camera phones with 3 Mega pixel resolution. While in US and Europe we are still waiting for the 1 Mega pixel camera phone wave. We had earlier announced the launch of the first 3 Mega pixel camera phone by Casio and recently Samsung announced its version. As the camera on the phones get better, their popularity will go up and so will the backlash against them.
