Open Letter to AT&T Regarding Phone Upgrades
A few weeks ago we posted about AT&T's network problems and how they are providing upgrades of lesser quality to effected customers. It appears that some customers are not going to stand for this, and they need your signature. Unfortunately this only deals with problems related to the SE T68i and the upgrade that has been offered. However, if you are affected by and of the problems outlined on the letter you may want to consider submitting your information.

Thanks for the info. I have one of the "upgraded" T226. By the way, change "effected" to "affected"
