http://www.mobiletracker.net/archives/2003/09/17/att_wireless_pu.php

Since AT&T Wireless is rolling out a Smartphone soon, this has relevance for own little community. MobileTracker reports that AT&T now supports sending SMS messages to international numbers.

From the article: "As of today, you can send an SMS to: Chile, China, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Hong Kong, Germany, Mexico, Philippines, Panama, Peru, Saipan, Singapore, United Kingdom, and Venezuela."

Details from AT&T Wireless here.
