U.S. News Weekly is an Internet only publication, having switched from the print version in January of this year. So for $0.99 USD per month, you can get access to the iPad version, and $19.95 USD per year will get you access to the desktop version. It's always been a pretty good publication, and now every Thursday you can get it conveniently wherever you are.
