Default CES 2011: Chris Pirillo Interviews Jason Dunn

This is an interview I did with Chris Pirillo from Lockergnome. I'm usually the one doing the interview, but this time around it was Chris asking me questions. Chris was at CES as part of the launch of Reese's Minis - which are, seriously, perhaps the most delicious chocolate candy I've ever eaten. I'm a complete sucker for peanut butter and chocolate together!

And this is also the first time I've published a video here where I'm in front of the camera. Be nice please. :-) It's not HD because the video was streaming live and they had to keep the data rate under 2mbps - CES might be technology heaven, but it's virtually impossible to get a fast, stable Internet connection of any kind from the CES show floor.

Thanks Jeff! I had a lot of fun - Chris has a lot of practice at doing the interview thing; he's a natural.

Ah - so you're not just a pair of disembodied hands!

Nice interview. Good flow & rapport between the two of you. Amusing watching Chris try to teach you to speak proper "American"!

Default Well Done!

I didn't know you were friends with Chris. The rapport between the two of you came through in the interview. Well done!

The "Canadian Accent" thing is hilarious because, of course, I'm deaf to it - I don't hear the subtle things such as "pracessor" vs "processor" unless I really stop to think about it...but to many Americans, especially on YouTube, my "accent" really jumps out at them. It's pretty amusing to me.

Yeah, I've known Chris for quite a while - we connected digitally back in, oh, 2001 or 2002 I'd guess? Didn't meet in person until a couple of years after that - I think it was a Microsoft-sponsored Windows event that we first met in person.

Off-topic, but wait till you hear my accent...
