Microsoft has created a HTML5 demo of the Windows Phone operating system that works on iOS' Mobile Safari browser and Android's mobile browser.  The web demo is a pretty simple way for iPhone and Android users to get a feel for the Metro UI using their existing hardware.  It is not as full featured as handing them your Windows Phone but it is a fun way to show off the Windows Phone experience.  To try it, point the mobile browser to http://aka.ms/wpdemo.
