Thumbs up To swype or not to !

FlexT9 has ousted Swype as my main keyboard of choice !
They have used Swype's method but the voice input suits me better than that from Swype. This may be because I am an English English speaker not North American.

I had to buy FlexT9 and did so out of interest in keeping abreast of keyboard development. I am not a touch typist and would be willing to try an non-QWERTY pad.
It lacks the editing layer though. Tried the new Swype version but found FlexT9 better in recognising my input.
I would now like to use two hands even on my small screened Desire.
Best option for longer text inputs, for me, would be to do first draft in FlexT9 (voice input if poss) and then edit it using SWYPE.
Certainly the edit layer puts the latter ahead. I need them to improve voice recognition.
