I have the GH2, which has both the mode dials and a touch screen. I think I could get used to setting the completely completely from a touch screen. Only disadvantage is that you can't change settings blindly with a touch screen, but I'm not that good at changing the settings with the dials and levers on my GH2 anyhow. The settings I do want to change blindly is aperture control and/or shutter speed / exposure compensation. This still can be done with buttons on the GF2 and G3.
