I don't understand the naivety here. UNIX (Linux) whatever you want to call it, the thing OSX is based on, has been a target for decades. There have always been virus and what else targeting it. Why does everyone seem to act surprised?

When I wrote UNIX code in the mid 80's UNIX got attacked! This is not new stuff. Well maybe new to younger ones
