Dust, dirt, & general Grime rate high on my list: almost never open a system box without wishing for a Dust Mask! Still vacuum them out - and sometimes even squirt some canned air around the insides - but unless it is a personal machine or a PAYING customer -  - no longer OBSESS over trying to get the insides squeaky clean: simply point out the DISadvantages of letting things get dirty & leave the details up to the owner.
"User Error" also rates high, although this covers a multitude of sins from not updating, failure to run anti-malware, visiting sites they should know better than visiting, and the occasional "It was doing THIS, so I tried to fix it myself...."
