Also note that

1. CorePlayer won't be upgraded to WP7 initially (see http://forum.corecodec.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=3950 ), which may be an issue if you feel the price is high as the CP folsk are known to be pretty slow with new releases.

2. if you don't mind the lower rendering speed, you may want to go for the fully free solution of playing back H.264: TCPMP. See http://forums.thoughtsmedia.com/f396...ble-23783.html here at WPT.
