I currently use my Xbox360 for streaming Netflix to the big screen, but I can see using this if I didn't have the Xbox. Laptop on the coffee table in reach w/ video playing on the big screen across the room would be cool for watching a movie or some PC games. I don't see anything about 5.1 surround sound being supported over the HDMI (obviously not over the 3.5mm audio out), though....
