last exciting netbook for me? Probably my Thinkpad x100e, that's kind of a hybrid ... more memory, an 11-inch screen, Windows 7 Professional, and a great keyboard. But, as you mention, some of the same netbook maladies, like the heat vent roasting my left hand (non-stop), and no backlighting for the keyboard. I'm thinking that the new Toshiba T235 Satellite is looking pretty good for the money! I'm ready for a slightly larger screen ...
