grantpet Pupil Join Date: Sep 2008 Posts: 28		did you ever get this worked out? i hope so, the post is rather old. you must plug the device into the pc with the software installed via the usb cable in order to complete the hard reset. it will also then try to update the firmare and its best if the software isn't trying to do anything like maintain the library while this is going on.
