I use the Complys with my M-Audio IE-40's (same as Ultimate Ears Triple.Fi 10 Pro) and they make a world of difference as stated. They're a tad expensive, but definitely worth it. (Hey, I spent $400 on the phones - what's $20 for ear tips!)
However, be aware that they can get pretty nasty from ear wax and even dirty fingers. After a week they can look horrible, even though they still work fine. I've made a habit of cleaning my ears and washing my hands before putting them in, and believe it or not, they are washable. (I use hand soap and gently clean them). I bought a 5 pack about 3 months ago and have 2 pair left, which means I'm using one a month. I suspect they can actually last longer if you're not real fastidious.
