Ship Date
I ordered the 400 MHz Axim with screen protectors and the USB cradle on 11/18/2002. I was told that my ship date would be 12/05/2002 8O . Later that day, I thought I it would be a good idea to get the 2-year warranty, as my Jornada 548 died after 18 months. I found out I could only change my order with the sales rep who had placed it, and I wasn't able to connect with him until Wednesday, 11/20/2002. He had to delete my order and add a new one to put in the 2-year warranty. My new ship date is 12/16/2002 :cry: . I noticed that was an option for a case, but I thought I would try and get one from another vendor. Perhaps Vaja or HandHeldPlanet will have a Dell case by then.
