Gotta love that - MS didn't make an easy way to do this. You have to edit the registry to change the default page. Read here for all the steps

Well.... That's a loaded question. T-Mobile has to decide they want to update that device. They might not do that. Microsoft releases 6.1 to manufacturers and then we have to wait for them to build an update and pass it along to us. It's not very often that it happens.
