I've already read speculation from some analysts (I really want one of those jobs.) that Warner will deal with Apple now and that going to Amazon first was a face saving move. Bull. Now, lets see a similar deal with Zune Marketplace, the other non-Apple store that has (at least some) DRM free selections. It would be a coup too Microsoft. Make the deal.
