Thank goodness for this forum. I don't know what's going on over at Zune.net support. I can't fine a simple contact page.

I joined the ZunePass less than a week ago. Now I'm getting an error when I try to play a subscription album.

C00D12D7

Can't use your Zune Pass with this computer because you have 3 other computers already using it. Please try and remove a computer from your account and try again"


When I go under Account/Computers and Devices its totally empty.
I know that I'm only using one computer and one Zune device. its alway been that way.

I followed to the instructions here (http://www.zune.net/en-US/support/webhelp/C00D12D7.htm?&webhelp_mpver=3.1.620.0&webhelp_id=C00D12D7&webhelp_contextid=0&webhelp_originalid=C00D12D7&webhelp_locale=en-US)and here (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929642/en-us) to no avail.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Even it is a pointer to the Zune support contact information/page.

Thanks for the reply David. Strangely enough it started working while I was on hold with Zune Support. Maybe things got screwed up while they were rolling me over to the Zune Pass? :shrug:
