Well, I have tried quite a few and still not totally happy.
Does anyone have an absolute favorite with following characteristics:

1] Relatively easy to install.
2] Tight enough fit not much dust gets in.
3] Super, extreme clarity
4] Durable, with a "slippery" finish
5] Substantial, yet doesn't interfere with screen sensitivity to taps?
6] Somewhat resistant to smudges and fingerprints.

Any current favorites you just love??

As a person who traditionally hated screen protectors, I've been extremely satisfied with the WriteSHIELD (http://www.pocketpctechs.com/main~unit~_No_Unit-0~area~why_writeshield.htm), but I'm using the glare reducer/paper-like-feeling AG. They do sell a clear one, the C2; people have generally said good things about it, although you may want to search forums for more anecdotal evidence.

I have been very happy with the writeshield C2 from PPC techs.
I just bought 2 more for the new PPC that I'm currently shopping for.

I agree that the C2 protectors have a much more "slippery" feel to them. The glare-reducing ones are great, though; they cut the glare without reducing screen brightness at all. To me, they have a much more paper-like feel, but that's just my preference.

The C2s are as clear as they come, but you may not be a fan of them if you hate fingerprint marks (something common to almost all glossy screen protectors). Like Janak, I'm a bigger fan of the AGs. It, of course, cuts out the glare, but also has an improved writing surface and has a nice feel to it.

I [heart] the AGs. They just feel so nice to work with. And get this: when I applied one yesterday, I got it on the first try! In the past, it's always taken me at least ten or twelve tries to get a screen protector perfectly aligned, regardless of brand. Even other WriteSHIELDS.

Practice makes perfect. It's a sign that you've been using PDAs and screen protectors for far too long - which is a good thing! 8)

I'm using a Martin Fields protector. Had to do it thrice before I aligned everything perfectly and no bubbles! It's the clear version and I barely get any smudges on it. The screen looks bright as it is, no changes at all.

Haven't seen nor come across the Writeshields, but I heard they're good too!

My favorite are from Brando. (http://shop.brando.com.hk/) They have what they call "UltraClear" versions and you really just can't see them when they are on the screen. I get them for ever device I have ever had. They are also easier to put on than most.
