searching soft to modify color balance

is there any software that can modifi color balance on an ipaq 3870 ?
i wana modify the brightness/contrast
i have on it windows 2003 SE

None that I know of - some of the earlier HP machines had a contrast applet, but none of the iPaqs had one AFAIK, despite the fact that the basic WM2003 ROM actually shipped with one. For some reason, nearly every manufacturer disables the contrast applet when it comes time to actually release their devices. You can do some adjustments within certain programs (TCPMP for instance), but this uses an overlay and won't change the GUI.
