ActiveSync and Appts with Contacts

I currently sync my pocket pc with my work pc and home pc. Here is what I do:

1. I sync my calendars and contacts with my work pc. It syncs my appointments and also the names of the people attending the meeting.

2. When i try to sync my Pocket PC at home, it says that I have 17 unresolved items because the attendies are not in my "home" address book. So the appointments do not get moved over to my home computer.

Is there a way around this?

Hi,
I had a similar problem at work but resolved it by getting my IT shop to load MS Office locally on my machine versus from the server. But at home I still log in as Guest. I'd say as a workaround, you could just combine .csv files for your Contacts from work with those from home so you could fully sync at work. I think ActiveSync has always been buggy about fully syncing between 2 computers.
