So, it is unique, it is exciting and we are glad we had the opportunity to review this device. Of course there are some things we wanted to change or improved if we had the chance to do so, or if we have been asked about it. For all those lazy ones who don't have time to read the whole review and are browsing through the pictures, we will say briefly that this device is a Phone Edition device, with its main feature - the flip cover. this device reminds us of the Imate JAM with its size and specs. Putting the specs aside, it seems that there was a lot of work and thinking about making this device an almost cellular one. thing we cant find in other, PE devices, and this alone makes this P505 worth thinking about. The cellular line starts from the hardware (the cover flip) and ends with the supportive software."</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/images/web/2003/505-front.jpg" /><br /><br />The Asus P505 is an interesting device - I didn't realize it was essentially the same size as the iMate Jam, which makes it quite small. The design and features look interesting, and the flip-down dialling pad is reminiscent of the Sony Ericcson P900. Check out the full review!

Maybe it's just me, but watching the short video review made me feel uncomfortable. I tried to enjoy seeing the device in action but I couldn't get around the hairy hands. Plus, it was too quiet and he constantly makes wierd noises. O.o

I wish manufacturers would get rid of the freaking antenna nubs...do they really help much anyways?

it helps, not too much but it helps. maybe you wont notice a difference in the voice quality, but the device will consume more power the get the same signal strength.

I really liked it... Looks like a P910i, which I like...

I could purchase it only if it had Built in WiFi, better battery and finally WM5.0!!!

But I liked the form-factor, even with the externa antenna.
