Maybe, but I found a solution that I am very happy with... so far.

I installed IntraVnews on my Outlook on the synching machine, and let it download feeds, and whole web-pages (so one gets more than the little excerpt in some blogs). I set it up so that the feed posts are on an Exchange server, and then I just synch that down using ActiveSync.

Reading the feeds is done through the default Messaging app on the ppc then. nice!
