I am still trying to get over the ineffectiveness of pocket Outlook. I was wondering if any of you in your travels have come up across anything that makes email management semi sensible. Currently I sync my mail over active sync but I also use a data network to access my mail remotely, all POP3 of course. I don't understand why Outlook could just not see that these are one and the same accounts and only grab and deliver what is needed.
Also when I am on the road I fetch my mail automatically every 15 minutes, which is great but that also means that I fetch mail 24 hours per day which is useless, unless of course I disable that option at the end of the day which again is more work.
I am interested to find out what you guys use to make your life easier as far as email and connectivity goes, thanks in advance.
