So,
I'm packing up to move, and I come across a stck of old games I used to play on my 486, and in there is Heretic!
I totally freak out, I haven't played that game in forever.
Then I get to thinking, I have DOOM and DOOM2 on my iPAQ, WHY NOT HERETIC!
So I dump it on there, and load up gfDoom, and ... nothing...boo.
I look around and see that oke-e-doke.com used to carry a loader, but I can't find it anymore.
Anyone know anything about this stuff?

Heh. I remember Heretic - I didn't waste TOO much of my life on it, but I did lose a few hours...

As to why it won't work, no clue, sorry. :(

AFAIK the page that hosted it has indeed ceased to exist (see http://www.pocketmatrix.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=19938 ).

Howver, it's (the main prog and the WAD) are still downloadable from http://www.toshiba.mobile2day.de/produkt.php?pid=6214 and http://www.toshiba.mobile2day.de/produkt.php?pid=6218

You Rock!
Thats so awesome!
Thank you!

I'm not really expecting to play through this whole thing, but the nostalgia factor was just too much to ignore.

...can't wait til I get outta work...
