It appears now that we have some great pictures of the Asus P505! Unfortunately, the article that accompanies this is in Chinese, so if someone wants to give us a helping hand translating, feel free! ;) And for those of you who were previously lamenting the lack of SDIO slot, you can breathe easy. There is one particular image within the article that clearly shows the SDIO slot to be alive and kicking. :D But here's my question. Why name a technology site BearEyes?

The text introduces PDA phone in general. a couple of specs about 505:
1. there is sd slot
2. seems there is some kind of flash light. it mentions it is the first pocket pc phone that has "augmenting light" if translated literally. 1.3MP camera.
3. besides the record botton, it has a separate botton for voice activation, I guess to activate voice command or voice dialing.
4. five direction navigation botton is on the side

doesn't the ETEN m500 have the 'augmenting light' also? From the pics it looks more like a self-portrait mirror than a flash or pseudo-flash. also the keypad seems to have numbers only. I wonder if the keypad can be used for text entry or is just for numbers? also in one pic (showing the side and top left part of the device) there is a symbol for 5 is this a 5 way button? also what os is this running? It looks like an ASUS app/skin for the phone

wow, that looks ugly and bulky next to the S-E p900... Interesting with the d-pad on the side, might not be so bad.

It doesn't look to bad to me but that MiniSD just killed. I need to have one memory card format for all my devices. The only exception for me would be transflash memory which actually goes insted the device and is more permanent.
