HP 4350 vs. Dell Axim X30 624mhz vs. Dell Axim X50 520mhz

I am considering buying any one of the above 3 PDA's with 40% focus on using it for basic PDA functionality & wireless webbing, 40% focus on using it as an MP3 player by buying a 2-4GB memory card, and 20% focus on using it to watch movies during commutes using Windows Media Player.

I wondered if anyone directly used two or 3 of these and can offer insights or sticking points that I might want to take into consideration regarding the function of these.

Sorry about double-posting. I fully expect some people to not visit both forums due to their specific interest in Dell vs. HP, and wanted to try to cover both bases. No offense or abuse intended.
