i was pointed to brad meltzer by some friendly folks at a german crime-book-forum.
and i must say, while he's more of a thriller author, i liked his books very much.
reading order as suggested by http://www.bradmeltzer.com/novels/index.html
So which thriller should you go to first? That depends on you.
Want to play the world's most dangerous game? Check out The Zero Game. Ever want to steal your boss's money and go on the run? Check out The Millionaires. Want to see what it's like to date the President's daughter? Check out The First Counsel. Want to see what happens when husband and wife lawyers go head-to-head in the courtroom? Take a look at Dead Even. Interested in the young law clerks who pull the strings of power in the Supreme Court? Click over to The Tenth Justice. Whichever book you choose, you're in for a ride -- and the first chapters, as always, are on the house!
i read the zero game (http://www.bradmeltzer.com/novels/zero.html), dead even (http://www.bradmeltzer.com/novels/dead.html) and the tenth justice (http://www.bradmeltzer.com/novels/tenth.html) and just started with first counsel (http://www.bradmeltzer.com/novels/first.html). after that it'll be millionaires (http://www.bradmeltzer.com/novels/millionaires.html).
great stuff, i wonder what you think.
cheers, daniel
