Web site with wireless provider ratings by location?

I am thinking about moving from my pocketpc to a pocket pc phone edition. I am currently with AT&T Wireless (Cingular) in the DFW area without a contract obligation. I am willing to change providers as I make this transition.

Can anyone recommend a web sit that has good information regarding a particular wireless provider's quality of service (dropped calls, signal strength, coverage, etc.) by geographic region?

Well I used Sprint about 2 years ago and I always had dropped calls. By the way I also live in the DFW area so for what it's worth. I am using a PDA2K and really like this Pocket PC. The Phone is also nice but the bluetooth needs some work.

Thanks for the input. What provider are you with now? Would you recommend? Do you spend much time in the north Dallas suburbs (I'm in Plano/Frisco/Allen mostly).

I am with ATTWS GSM service now and I spent and have spent alot of time in North Dallas.
