Similar to Warchalking (which, afaik, isn't actually done) or bluejacking, I suggest that everyone here PPCT chalk/Thoughts-jack!

Simply download the Pocket PC Thoughts extended theme (http://www.kolumbus.fi/anders.ruohio/wa/ppcthoughts.html) from Juni's site (http://www.kolumbus.fi/anders.ruohio/skinz.html) and if you happen to encounter a Pocket PC sitting on its own (in a store, etc) beam the theme to it!

I did this to the rz1715 in the Staples in downtown Calgary. I would've done it to the 2215, 1940, 4100 and the Toshiba (and any others, those are the ones I remember) but I had to be elsewhere.

Not a bad idea. But, it's probably more accurate to call this "Thoughts-jacking," because you're beaming unsolicited info, similarly to "Bluejacking."

You sure this won't bring unwanted attention to PPCT?

As long as you don't do this to me.....

I personally think this would make some people at least dislike PPCT - I'd refuse to go to PPCT if someone did that to me.

I think he only means "unowned" PPCs. I mean, who would leave their PPC all by itself?? ;)

I sometimes put games on the PPC at stores. I liked putting something like a GameGear emulator and leave it running to steer people away from Palm.

I went to BestBuy in Calgary the other day, and this one guy was having a problem with his 4150 - and of course the saleslady had no idea, so I jumped in and told him what he wanted to know and then visit this site if he needs more help. He worked in Oil and Gas and he wanted a 4350.
