HP and rumor mill - De Terminated?

I’ve been reading various websites regarding this non-disclosure agreement
with HP; regarding new devices via rumor mill. I’m not sure how recent this problem is,
but I was wondering how many sites have signed the agreement? What are they
so afraid of? To be honest if it wasn’t for the rumors about new devices I probably
wouldn’t even own an IPAQ or should I say several. But, it seems that I should
re-think my purchases; HP?


Any information would be helpful as I find this very interesting...
