I've just installed SPB's 'Finance (Quick)'. This is the version that is supposed to 'synchronise with your desktop Quicken'. This message keeps appearing on my PC (not sure what prompts it): "Could not open Quicken file. Please adjust the options and press 'OK' to continue synchronization. Or press 'Cancel' to quit." Yet the file which I've specified is the correct one I use in Quicken 2000.
Anyone actually got this program to work please?

It works well for me - probably best to contact Spb's technical support people. I'm using it with Quicken 2004 XG, the Canadian version, and it syncs perfectly.

I'm using it with XP Pro and Quicken 2004 basic. Works exactly as advertised!

Thanks both. I also emailed Spb. Perhaps it's because I'm using a relatively old version of Quicken (Deluxe 2000)?
What does 'synchronising' actually do - transfer all your data for all caacounts onto Spb Finance?

Could be. It's hard for software companies to test with old software, especially when it's not something they can even buy any more. ;-)

Yes, that's correct. It's quite slick. :-)
