Ipaq 1945 vs. Ipaq 2215

I was interested in buying a new pda and narrowed it down to these two ipaqs. The 1945 seems to only differ from the 2215 in the processor, cf slot, and consumer IR. I was wondering if you guys think that this difference is enough to spend the extra 100 bucks and buy the 2215. Thanks for your input! :D Do the poll so we can all find out!
