need help to switch Pocket PC 2002 language!!

I just received a brand new iPAQ H3950 from my uncle. However it is running Pocket PC 2002 in Chinese. Unfortunately, my Chinese is not good enough. Is there any possible way to upgrade to
Pocket PC 2002 in English??

I e-mailed HP, and their answer was basically it can be done, but they don't recommend it.

You might try to find any ROM upgrades from HP. These are fairly common, and an English version should work. But I'm not positive.

Otherwise, you could upgrade your 3950 to the 2003 OS (I think you can get that for the 3950). This would give you the new OS - in English!
