just got my dell pocket pc 2003 upgrade disk, but now i have a toshiba 740. Do you think I could use this disk to upgrade the toshiba?

No... no... no... just to emphasize what dean_shan said. :D

The upgrade is Dell specific, so your Toshiba will get awfully confused... if it survives the experience.
