That's awesome.  It really seems that they are spinning/moving.  Interesting sometimes what they eyes think they see.

That's awsome.  I always thought it was weird that you mind can trick you into thinking that somthing is there/moves when it isn't.  I love illusions.

What kind of printer did you use, out of curiosity?  I love how this is actually a picture of a book that you can buy, yet the effect largely remains the same.  (Surf the parent site, if you're interested -- there's a lot more visual tricks there.  My officemate actually found a buy link and has ordered one of the books...)

Here is a gif that does the same thing. Again, this is not animated. You can download it to an animaged GIF editor and see it only has one frame.
