I recently came across a program called PortaMail, located here: http://www.quartzdevelopment.com/
It allows you to synchronize GroupWise with the Pocket PC Mail, Calendar, Tasks and Address Book. The latest version 3.0.0.6 works well. It doesn't appear to automatically sync, you have to run the program and then sync it yourself, but if you've been looking for something like this, it seems to work well. They have a 21 day demo. I'd be interested to hear other peoples comments if they would use something like this.
