nothing too huge, but something that takes up about 1/4 of the screen.

would be nice if a calander of the current month is displayed also

thanks

PDAmill is actually developing one. It will be quite simple and usefull. And it can be used as a screensaver, and we'll include a customizable alarm function.
I'll try to bring some screenshots.

Here are two screenshots as I promised. This is quite an open subject, so what do you think?

In my opinion, the nicest analog clock is absolutely StickyClock (as mentioned above)

If you want a smaller analog clock, then Battery Pack has a small one (animated gif - wait for the screenshot with the clock)

If you want a big analog clock without taking up much Today space, then PpcToday Tools might be the solution (but the Today analog clock is not a working clock like Battery Pack, only a link to a larger clock). Not as cool as the screenshots above, but the background picture can be changed...

Phylax, those clocks are gorgeous. Right or wrong, graphics play a huge part for me in whether or not I like a program, and those clocks are just beautiful.

If we have gone to discussing "screen saver" type apps (not just Today screen plug-ins), take a look at Ilium's Dockware (http://www.iliumsoft.com/site/fg/dockware.htm). There are both free and Pro versions available...

I'm glad that you like it. The reason they look so pretty nice is that there is somenone in the team who's dreaming with watches (most of the time  ). So there will be a lot more for sure. But then again, how do you imagine a small util like this to work? What functions do you want to see in it? (beside that the hands should go round and round as time passes).
