White Screen

Help!!! I dropped my Ipaq 3955 today and when I place it on the cradle when powered off, the screen turns white and nothing happens. If it the Ipaq is on and I place it on the cradle, it locks up. Also, it doesn't appear to be charging; however, the cf plus sleeve is charging. Man I don't want to do a hard reset

Well it sounds like a hardware problem, in which case even a hard reset won't help. :( If the problem doesn't resolve itself, do a hard reset, sadly enough, just to see if that fixes it. Or else you're going to have to get a new Pocket PC, or get it repaired.

Well I went ahead and did a hard reset and it fixed the problem. I have a 256 mb SD card full of programs to reinstall!!!!!! I'm doing a backup this time.

Wow that's cool. A lot better than having to get a replacement!
