Lexar 32MB MMC card not working in Dell Axim X5

I have the previously stated MMC card, and it doesn't work in the Axim--if i insert it--it dones't come up as installed--but if i instert it and keep constant pressure on it (ie pushing it in, and not letting it rest) the card comes up and works--anyone else have any problems like these?

No... you shouldn't have to do that. I would suggest you do two things.
First take an eraser to the contacts on the MMC card and gently clean it to ensure you are making good contact.
Second, try a friends MMC or SD card.
If neither one of these take care of your problem, call dell. They are very good about exchanges and will send you a new unit the next day.
