Please Recommend a Case for the e740!

I wanted the Belkin case, but apparantly they are so popular they cant be purchased.

Any other cases that you recommend (leaning towards leather)

I had one for my e740 and loved it (until my e740 was stolen). I had the classic style, and am EAGERLY waiting for a classic version for my ipaq 5455

I think it depends on what you want out of the case: protection vs. versatility, etc.. I wanted protection so I opted for the titanium slider case that was made for the Palm III but fits the e740 perfectly.

Who makes that case? I like the hard cases, but it seems like there isnt one specific to the e740...and i am not about to bust out my dremel, die grinder, rotary grinder, or hack saw to make it fit ;-)

Rhinoskin makes it. I had to remove the neoprene at the top and the bottom and it fits tight, but that's good. I have a small bite mark at the bottom of my e740, but nothing to gripe at. Not only is it a hard case, but the cover slides behind the front, so you don't have to take it out. I bought the Piel Frama, and it is an excellent case. Good protection, looks great, and only $50.

Well turned out while no one online, including Belkin, had the e740 case, low and behold the local Best Buys still had a couple. The carton is marked as e310, but its the same case same part# as what is on Belkins site. Only $19.99 too... not bad for a leather case with belt clip.

Thanks for the ideas, i can tell that buying PDA cases will be as tempting and fun as the PDA itself ;)

I have written reviews of a few e740 cases, which you can read here [link removed]. (Sorry, the site looks pretty ugly right now. :) The upside is that it displays well even on Pocket PCs.)
