Need help installing a program

Hi all, I need help installing regking. When I download it in the zip format, I get these three files, that are not associated to a program on my pc and my pocket pc. These files are named 0RegKing, 0RegKing and REGKIN~1. I also had a CD with Regking on from a magazine and when I downloaded it, it resulted in the same way, the three files that wouldn't open. Can anyone help me with this?

The file is not really a zip file, it is a cab file. You think it's a zip file because WinZip opened it. However, it is actually a cab file. Simply copy it (without "unzipping") to your Pocket PC using ActiveSync's Explore feature. Then tap on it on the Pocket PC side. Doing so will install the program. Good luck!
