I downloaded the PocketConsole for my Axim X5 at http://www.symbolictools.de/public/pocketconsole/index.htm, and installed it, but I can't find the icon in Startup menu or on the Programs page. In the Remove Programs page, PocketConsole is in the list. I downloaded the ARM version. Maybe I don't know how to use this program, please let me know.

Do a search using the file finder. Or... try running the program manually using file explorer.

I figured out that I have to download the CMD for Windows CE also.
