Compaq adds international versions of 387x ROM

The staggered releases are frustrating for everyone, but I guess it's a matter of limited resources...?

What's wrong with HP/Compaq? they release "international" versions but not the 3850/35 update? How long do WE have to wait for that release?

Honestly, they need to get their head out of a certain place and get on with things.

I'm gonna get the EUU2 doesn't make it in there. I think they just don't care about their customers. Notice how they got the 39xxs to market in quantity before they bothered fixing what was wrong with the 38xxs. To date, they still haven't fixed most of the problems with the 38xx.

Instead, their answer seems to be, "Buy a new one."
