Pocket IE Home/Page Up and End/Page Down?

When using IE (or most other browsers) you can quickly get to the top or bottom of a page by pressing home/end. You can us the space bar or page up/page down to scroll a full page up or down. Is there anything like that in Pocket IE (specifically Pocket IE on the T-Mobile SDA)?
