And few skeptics still think that Zander might be as much talk as anything else. Still, it's Zander's gift for talk, among other talents, that is helping lift Motorola. After all, Zander is responsible for landing key marketing partnerships with Microsoft, Apple, Oakley, Yahoo and Cingular."

Ed Zander responds to comments from Verizon and Sprint about how Motorola is making progress with their mobile handsets, but they still have a ways to go. As well as questions about why he felt the need to make a RIM like device. It's not a long interview, but it does offer a little more insight into Motorola and their push to get to the top. I'm starting to think that Motorola is very aware of all the issues with their current batch of Smartphones and that they might actually be working hard on correcting all these issues with their next Smartphone release. Of course, only time will tell. ;)

I sure hope they have awakened! They have a way to go yet. I want that Q to be a good device!
